Quan Yin Cottage Rates and Policies
1-2 Persons: $2,200 per month
Refundable Security Deposit: $150
Cleaning Fee: $30
Check-in time: 3:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Cancellation Policy: A $25 cancellation fee will apply to all cancellations. If a cancellation is made at least 30 days prior to arrival date, the deposit will be refunded, minus the fee. Cancellations made within 30 days or less of arrival date will additionally forfeit 20% of the reservation amount, unless the cottage is rebooked by another party for the nights of the reservation dates.
Deposit Policy: All payments must be made by check within 7 days of the reservation, or via PayPal at the time of reservation.
To maximize your privacy, daily cleaning services are not included as part of your stay. Fresh linens and towels will be provided each one week.

The Quan Yin Cottage is a non-smoking building.
No pets allowed.
One child, aged 10 or older, may accompany his/her parents.
